Thank you to all who attended the online Cool Spring Crossing Cluster Subdivision PLUS Review on May 22nd. Please keep in mind the State makes recommendations.  The decision to approve or deny belongs to P&Z for "by right" subdivisions. All others belong to County Council.  We will keep you posted on further hearings.
