SPC Strategic Plan 2025 - 2027

GOAL: Increase impact by expanding public awareness through growing membership, allied organization relationships, and media coverage

Key Objectives:

Expand SPC “membership” to 5,000 in FY 2025, and 8,000 in FY 2026

Engage with at least five Allied organizations to educate the public and/or influence county decisions

Engage volunteers
